 Kaylin Jennings-Knight is a commissioned Notary Public with the Commonwealth of Virginia. 


Notary Services are available for the following areas: 

Stafford County and Fredericksburg.

Notary Services

Notary Services are available to Individuals and Businesses at the following locations, or any other mutually convenient location within the state of Virginia. With a scheduled appointment you are assured that your document will be notarized at the time and place most convenient to you.

WHAT IS NEEDED AT TIME OF SIGNINGS

Copy Certifications - must present the original document  

**(Please note that I do not certify true copies of birth, death or marriage certificates or any public records in the custody of the courts)


Each signer must present one of the following valid and unexpired government issued identification: 

  • State issued driver's license or non-driver ID U.S. passport or unexpired foreign passport
  • Certificate of Citizenship
  • Certificate of Naturalization
  • Alien Registration/Permanent Resident Card
  • U.S. Military Identification


Personal appearance is required for all Notarial Acts. 


*A Virginia Notary Public can REFUSE to notarize a document*

Other Document Fees

Power of Attorney is $5.00 per Notarization

Religious Exemptions (Adult and Child) $10.00 per Notarization 


Business Documents are $20.00 per Notarization


Cancellation Fee & Policy


Cancellation Fee $35.00


Notary notarization fees are due at the time of notarization appointment and is to be paid directly to the Notary.
